Interview with an Alt~Ma: Denise of/aka Veggiewitch!
When I set about creating this blog, I knew immediately that I wanted to highlight veganism as a form of alternative motherhood. A while back, I read a fabulous article by blogger and author Sayward Rebhal of the fantastical vegan blog Bonzai Aphrodite about how her veganism intersects with her motherhood. (She is raising her son vegan) I knew I just had to talk about motherhood through the lens of veganism as I am a vegan who aspires to be a (vegan) mother.
